30-Day Return Window

Customers have thirty calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase or order confirmation. Items that show signs of use, assembly damage, or missing components may not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Orzenix LLC covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns. Customers will receive a prepaid return label to send the item back safely and securely.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. Approved returns are processed without additional hidden costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately five to seven business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures quicker processing and product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly. We may request photos or additional details to assist with the claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Details

Orders are processed within one to two business days, Monday through Friday. Once shipped, delivery typically takes three to five business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we do not provide international shipping.
